SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance
1. Program Description:
This messaging program (“Grippit Inquiry, Signup & Account Messages”) sends text messages to people who have submitted an inquiry or signed up with Grippit LLC through our website at grippit.ai, and who have explicitly opted in to receive SMS messages. Opt-in is collected on our web forms through a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent. That checkbox is unchecked by default. You can also opt in by texting us first or by replying to one of our emails to say you'd like texts. With your separate consent, through a second checkbox that is also unchecked by default, we also send marketing messages about offers and availability. If you join our referral program and check the texting box on its signup form, we also text you about your referrals: your code, businesses that sign up with it, your payouts, and occasional reminders and offers you can share. Messages include responses to your inquiry, signup and onboarding updates, account notifications, and customer support communications. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from us.
2. Cancellation Instructions:
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the same number that sent you messages. After you send “STOP,” we will send you one final SMS confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up the same way you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
3. Support Information:
If you have issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or contact us directly at hello@grippit.ai or call or text (385) 481-6800 during business hours.
4. Carrier Liability:
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Message & Data Rates:
Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies, typically up to 10 messages per month. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
6. Supported Carriers:
Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most regional carriers.
7. Age Restriction:
You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.

We comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines, regarding the use of SMS communications.
General Terms
This website, grippit.ai (the “Site”), is owned and operated by Grippit LLC, a Utah limited liability company (“Grippit,” “we,” or “us”). By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and to use the Site in accordance with these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you become a Grippit client, your Service Agreement also applies. If these Terms of Service and the Service Agreement ever conflict, the Service Agreement controls.
Accessing the Site in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes use of the Site and your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Using the Site
Use the Site for its intended purpose: learning about Grippit or signing up for our services. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt or break it, or submit information that you do not have the right to share.
Pricing
Our prices are published on the Site. We may change prices for new clients at any time. Founding Member rates remain locked for as long as the Founding Member remains a client without a break in service, as described in the Service Agreement.
What We Don’t Guarantee
We do not guarantee search rankings, review counts, call volume, or revenue, because no one controls Google or your customers. Missed-call text messages depend on phone carriers and the caller’s device, so we do not guarantee that every text will be delivered or how quickly it will arrive.
Intellectual Property Rights
Our Limited License to You
The Site and all materials on it, including the Grippit name, frog, logo, and content, are the property of Grippit LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unless we explicitly authorize it, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any material on the Site.
Your License to Us
By submitting any material to us through the Site, you represent that you own that material or have the necessary permissions to share it, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it to provide and improve our services.
Disclaimers
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Linking to these sites does not mean we endorse or sponsor them or their content, products, or services.
The Site and the information on it are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Grippit LLC and its officers, members, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Service or engaged in conduct that we consider inappropriate or unlawful.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Utah.
Changes to Terms of Service
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, and the date at the top shows when it was last updated.
