Program description.

Grippit LLC sends text messages to people who opt in. Messages relate to your inquiry, signup, onboarding, scheduling, and account (for example: replies to your questions, appointment and onboarding reminders, and account or billing notices). With your separate consent, we also send marketing messages about offers, availability, and our referral program.

How you opt in.

You opt in by texting us first, by checking an SMS consent box on our sign-up form at grippit.ai/signup, or by replying to one of our emails to say you'd like texts.

Message frequency.

Message frequency varies, typically up to 10 messages per month.

Costs.

Message and data rates may apply.

How to opt out.

Reply STOP at any time. You will receive one final message confirming you are unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent.

Carriers.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent is not a condition of purchase.

You do not have to agree to receive texts to buy anything from Grippit.
