These terms cover your use of grippit.ai, our free inspection, and our text messages. If you become a client, your Service Agreement also applies, and if the two ever conflict, the Service Agreement wins. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

Using the site

Use the site for what it's for: learning about Grippit or signing up. Don't misuse it, try to break it, or submit information that isn't yours to share.

The free inspection

The inspection is free and comes with no obligation. It reflects what we see when we inspect it. Search results and rankings change constantly, so treat it as a snapshot, not a promise.

Pricing

Our prices are published on the site. We may change prices for new clients at any time. Founding Member rates stay locked for as long as the Founding Member remains a client without a break in service, as described in the Service Agreement.

What we don't guarantee

We don't guarantee search rankings, review counts, call volume, or revenue, because no one controls Google or your customers. Missed-call texts depend on phone carriers and the caller's phone, so we don't guarantee that every text is delivered or how fast it arrives.

Text message terms

Program: Grippit inspection and account messages. When you opt in, we text you about your inspection, signup, or account. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, and we'll send one final message confirming you're opted out. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@grippit.ai. Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Texting is optional and never a condition of buying anything from us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your number.

The Grippit name, frog, logo, and the content on this site belong to Grippit LLC. Please don't copy them without permission.

Disclaimers

The site and the free inspection are provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties about them, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the site or the inspection.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Utah.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version.
