HOW IT WORKS

You keep working. We start catching.

No new software, no new habits. This is what happens after you say go.

1

We Set Everything Up

In about two weeks, we set up everything on the checklist, then test it with a real call before anything goes live. After that, we keep it all up to date every month: weekly Google posts, listing checks, and the job photos you send us.

WHAT YOU DO: fill out an intake form, approve a few things by text, and send us a few job photos each month (straight from your phone is perfect).

Setup checklist

  • Google Business Profile
  • Listings across the web
  • Website code (schema)
  • Missed-call texting
  • Review requests
  • Test call

Reviews Start Coming In

After each job, your customer gets a text asking for a review. When a review comes in, we reply within 2 business days, in your business's voice.

WHAT YOU DO: nothing, unless there's a review we need your input on.

Sarah M.

Showed up the same day and fixed our AC in an hour. Fair price, super friendly.

Thanks, Sarah! Glad we could get you cool again. We appreciate you.

Grippit Starts Catching

From the day you go live, missed calls get a text back in seconds, and every text, form, and chat gets a reply right away. Simple questions get answered, and jobs get booked on your calendar.

WHAT YOU DO: your job. The calls come to you warm.

You See It In Writing Every Month

Once a month you get a one-page report a human being can read: how many calls you missed and how many got a text back, jobs booked by text, how many new reviews came in and how many got a reply within 2 business days, and your ranking map. Green means winning. We skip the 40-page PDF of charts nobody opens.

WHAT YOU DO: skim it in two minutes and get back to work.

Top of a sample Grippit monthly report for a made-up HVAC company: 23 of 23 missed calls texted back in seconds and 9 jobs booked by text.
