Between us, we've managed more rehabs than we can count. We know how hard good contractors work, and how hard they are to find. So we built Grippit to help the good ones get found and get the work they've earned.
Grippit is a father-daughter team: Lee and Eva Brady. We've spent our careers in just about every corner of real estate. Lee built a successful mortgage and title business. We're both real estate investors. Eva is a licensed agent today, and Lee has been one too.
When you find an HVAC tech who knows his stuff, a plumber who shows up, or a roofer who does it right, you hang onto their number like gold. We want more people to find the good ones, like you.
We also love building businesses, and we wanted to build one that helps people in the trades grow theirs. As we dug into how we could help, the same problems kept coming up. Marketing companies talk in jargon. Getting found on Google and catching the calls it sends usually takes a marketing company and a separate texting app. And everyone's hearing about AI, but a lot of contractors don't have time to set up the tools, or don't know how to show up when a customer asks ChatGPT who to call.
